1. Agreement to Terms

All fragrance product descriptions, photos, scent notes, bottle sizes and decorative display images provided on the site are for reference only. We strive to keep product details accurate, but slight color differences between physical bottles and screen displays may exist due to different monitor settings.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices, packaging and stock levels without prior notice. All orders will be charged at the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create a customer account on our store, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login email, password and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses caused by your failure to secure your account information.

4. Order & Payment Rules

  • All orders are only confirmed once full payment is successfully received. We support the payment methods listed on our checkout page only.
  • You warrant that all payment information you submit is valid and belongs to you. Any fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate order cancellation, and we reserve the right to restrict your future shopping access.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We arrange shipment within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur due to international logistics, customs clearance, weather or carrier issues.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. We cannot resend lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by you. Import duties, customs taxes and local handling fees in your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

All return, refund and exchange matters are governed by our independent Return & Refund Policy, which forms a supplementary part of these Terms of Service. Placing an order means you fully accept the return rules for perfume goods we set. Opened, sprayed or damaged fragrance items without warehouse error support will not be eligible for refunds.

All text, product photos, graphic designs, logos, layout content and scent introduction copy on this website are our exclusive intellectual property. No person may copy, download, edit, resell or use any site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Unauthorized reproduction will result in corresponding liability claims.

Our total maximum compensation liability for any order-related dispute shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for that single product. We take no responsibility for skin discomfort, allergic reactions caused by personal physical sensitivity to perfume ingredients; we suggest testing fragrances on a small patch of skin before full wear.
