1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and packed within 1–3 business days after your payment is fully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We add shockproof bubble wrap and firm outer cartons for all perfume bottles to avoid breakage during transit.

2. Shipping Coverage & Shipping Options

We provide worldwide shipping service covering most countries and regions.

Two delivery options are available at checkout:
  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders over the threshold displayed on page, longer delivery window with full tracking number.
  • Express Fast Shipping: Paid expedited delivery, shorter transit time, priority sorting for packages.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

All delivery times below are estimated reference only, we cannot guarantee exact arrival date:
  • North America / Europe: Standard 12–25 business days; Express 5–12 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: Standard 15–28 business days; Express 7–14 business days
  • Other global regions: Standard 18–35 business days
Potential delays may be caused by customs inspection, peak holiday logistics backlog, bad weather or local carrier suspension. We do not issue compensation for normal transit delays.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

You must fill in a complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address (including zip code, contact phone number) at checkout.

If packages get lost, returned or undeliverable due to wrong address, missing contact info or recipient refusal to sign, all related losses and reshipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. We won’t provide free re-delivery for address errors.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers take full responsibility for all import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT and local handling charges generated in your destination country.

We will declare goods according to standard international logistics rules, and cannot adjust declared value on request to avoid customs charges. If your package is detained or confiscated by local customs, we will not provide refunds or free reshipment.

6. Package Tracking

Once your parcel departs our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email automatically.

You can track real-time logistics status via the tracking link we provide. If tracking stops updating for over 10 days, please contact our customer service for assistance.

7. Lost & Damaged Packages

  • Broken, leaking bottles upon arrival: Please send clear photos/videos of outer package and damaged items to support within 48 hours after receiving parcel, we will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
  • Tracked package marked "delivered" but you never receive it: File a claim with us within 7 days after delivery update, we will cooperate to launch logistics investigation.
  • Untraceable lost packages without delivery record: We will review the case and offer solutions based on carrier feedback.

8. Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to PO boxes, military restricted areas and countries with strict liquid fragrance import bans.

Perfume contains alcohol, some local carriers may restrict air transport; we reserve the right to switch delivery channels without prior notice to ensure successful shipment.

9. Shipping Fee Refund Rules

If you cancel the order before shipment, full shipping fee will be returned together with product payment.

If you return items after receiving the package for personal preference reasons, original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
