All risks after the goods leave our warehouse shall be borne by the buyer.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations under the transaction caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemic lockdowns, international trade restrictions, carrier strikes, government regulatory orders and supply chain interruptions. We will suspend shipment or delay delivery without compensation under force majeure situations.

In any dispute arising from orders, the maximum total compensation we need to pay shall not exceed the actual payment amount of the corresponding order. We will not compensate for indirect losses including but not limited to mental damage, travel expenses, time cost, expected resale profit loss and other derivative losses.
