退款政策
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours after you place your order.
Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot support order cancellation. Please double-check your order information before checkout to avoid unnecessary losses.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the special nature of perfume & fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Goods are damaged, broken, leaking or missing items upon arrival.
- Wrong items are delivered by our warehouse error.
All returned items must remain unopened, unused, intact original packaging, with complete outer boxes, bottles and accessories. Products with damaged packaging, opened bottles, used spray nozzles cannot be approved for return.
3. Return Application Process
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your parcel, provide clear photos/videos of package, bottle damage or wrong goods.
- Our team will review your application within 1-2 business days and send you a designated return address and operation guide.
- Please send back the item following our instructions. We do not accept self-delivered returns without prior notice.
4. Fee Instructions
- If returns are caused by our warehouse error (broken goods, wrong delivery): We fully cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund after we receive the returned parcel.
- If you apply to return for personal reasons (dislike scent, wrong purchase): Return shipping fees shall be borne by buyers, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Free shipping orders: The original outbound delivery cost will be subtracted from your refund if you return the full order.
5. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned products, refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days. The arrival time of funds depends on your payment card issuing bank, usually takes 7-15 business days.
6. Exclusions (No Return & No Refund)
We reserve the right to reject refund requests for the following situations:
- The perfume bottle has been opened, sprayed or used.
- Outer gift box is severely scratched, deformed or lost.
- Customers apply for return after more than 48 hours of parcel receipt.
- Damages caused by improper storage, extrusion or self-transit after delivery.
- Bulk promotional discounted sets sold as clearance.
